Bigger isn’t always better but with the Nike Air Max 720, the sneaker proved that hypothesis true. With the biggest Air Max unit to date, the new silhouette was able to capture the attention of many sneakerheads in a time of a flooded sneaker industry.
Now Nike will be adding a Utility variant to the lineup which adds a trendy new look to the already loved silhouette.
The new rendition does not change much from the original Air Max 720 except for using texturized overlays to add depth and a new look to the design. A new spotted Nike Swoosh adorns the side paneling that could very well feature 3M detailing. A Utility patch adorns the lower ankles while the signature Air Max unit finishes off the look. Shown here are a White/Black variant and a fresh White/Silver rendition that will likely be apart of the first launch.
Feel free to check out additional images of both colorways below for a better look while we wait for an official release announcement from Nike. Although a date has not been scheduled expect a Summer release at select retailers and Nike.com. As always, keep it locked to #SneakerFridays for any and all new updates and the latest sneaker news.
